General Rules
Please ensure your children are healthy before entering the premises. The management reserves the right to refuse or deny the entry of the person who appears to be unwell.
Children & adults must wear socks entering the playland at all times. Socks are compulsory for all guests and grip socks are highly recommended.
Guardians who are not parents must be at least 18 years of age.
Supervise your children at all times. An adult must accompany children under age 18 to enter the playland. ONE (1) child or ONE (1) adult is not allowed to enter the playland alone and the child is not allowed to exit the playland without adult supervision.
Admission ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, revocable, and void if altered.
No outside food and drinks are allowed to be brought into the premise except baby food, formulas, and food for guests with special dietary requirements.
All persons, bags, parcels, clothing, and other items may be subject to security checks at the entrance.
We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel, or any item to be brought into the playland and to deal with any unattended object in such a way as we consider appropriate.
Do show common courtesy to other guests in the playland and our crew members by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior.
Children will be given a warning for rough behavior. If such behavior persists, the child may be asked to leave the playland.
Proper attire, including shirts and long pants is recommended to be worn at all times to avoid friction burn. We reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other guests. Visible tattoos that could be considered inappropriate, such as those containing objectionable language or designs, are not permitted.
Running recklessly in the premise is prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited in the entire premise.
Children must always be accompanied into the restrooms.
Children may only go down the slides seated on their bottom facing forward feet first and not climbing up the slides.
When climbing on approved climbing structures uses both hands, and stay away from other climbers.
No flips, somersaults, or cartwheels anywhere in the playland.
All guests entering our premises shall strictly observe, comply, and be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
All notices, rules and regulations, and wall signs posted throughout our premises must be observed and followed.
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly not permitted within the playground premises:
Food, drink, and chewing gum.
Toys or any sharp object.
Weapons of any kind, or objects that appear to be weapons (also including toy blasters, squirt guns, etc.).
Glass containers (excluding small containers such as baby food jars).
Pets.
Other items that we determine may be harmful or disruptive.
Company Rights
We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the playland and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.
We may without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability close the playland or any part of the playland, and/or restrict admission to any play area and/or change the operation hours of the play area at our discretion.
Insofar as is permissible by applicable law, we shall not be responsible and shall not assume any liability for any damage or loss you may incur, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise, and accordingly, by accepting admission with this ticket, you agree to release us from all such liability.
We reserve the right to refuse or expel any person whose conduct is objectionable, and any claims against us shall be litigated only in Malaysia.
In no event shall TiniTin Town be liable to any member or third party for any loss and injury or any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential losses or damages whatsoever or howsoever caused under any cause of action arising directly or indirectly in connection with use of TiniTin Town’s facilities.
Any damage or defacement of the equipment and the library material is strictly prohibited and anyone found damaging the same shall compensate TiniTin Town accordingly.
The Rules and Regulations are subject to change without prior notice.
For the avoidance of doubt, “we”, “our”, “us” and “TiniTin Town” as used in the foregoing means SEVEN EVERNEW PLT.
