We may photograph, film, videotape, record, or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters TiniTin Town and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.

We may without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability close TiniTin Town or any part of the TiniTin Town, and/or restrict admission to any play area and/or change the operation hours of the play area at our discretion.

Insofar as is permissible by applicable law, we shall not be responsible and shall not assume any liability for any damage or loss or any injuries you may incur, whether such damage or loss or injury is caused by our negligence or otherwise and accordingly, by accepting admission with this ticket, you agree to release us from all such liability.

You agree to indemnify SEV and/or its staff for any direct, indirect, and/or consequential losses, damages, or injuries suffered by SEV, its staff, and/or its other customers within the premise, arising from any of your actions or omissions, whether intentional, negligent or otherwise.

You agree that we reserve the right to refuse or expel any person whose conduct is objectionable and release us from all litigation. In such an event, we reserve the right to refund the price of tickets at our own discretion without giving any reason whatsoever.

You agree entry may be refused for the loss of the QR code or the admission is not bought from our official website or ticketing kiosks or other authorized points of sale.

You agree that we shall not be liable for any loss and/or fraudulent cases arising from the purchase of tickets from any unauthorized points of sale.

You agree to abide by the House Rules set by SEV. The House Rules are displayed prominently at the entrance to TiniTin Town as well as stated on the websites.

SEV reserves the right to alter the terms, regulations, and policies of TiniTin Town at any time without prior notice.
